Meet Your Facilitator

Olivia Gilmer-Chekosky

I support youth (14+) and young adults in French & English by using a trauma-informed, client-centered approach. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), yoga, many different somatic approaches and various talk therapies. I have over ten years of experience working in diverse settings with individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, burnout, nervous system dysregulation and trauma. I also have a special interest in working with performing artists.
