Step 4: Ongoing Assessment and Feedback
Your well-being is at the heart of everything we do. Throughout your care, we will:
- Regularly review your progress and adjust your therapy plan as needed with your input.
- Provide a safe space for open communication and feedback.
- Empower you to take an active role in your mental health journey.
Additionally, all our therapists have access to peer consultation as we are continually learning so we can provide the best care possible.
With your consent, your clinician may confidentially discuss your care with colleagues in fields such as psychology, psychiatry, nursing, occupational therapy, and social work. This collaborative approach ensures that your care benefits from diverse professional perspectives. If progress stalls or additional expertise is needed, your therapist may recommend a consultation with one of our psychologists or psychiatrists in our clinic.
Step 5: Wrapping Up Therapy and Messages of Hope
Therapy is a transformative experience that culminates in achieving your wellness goals. While some may benefit from long-term therapy, others find that short-term therapy meets their needs. As you prepare to wrap up your therapy journey, we encourage you to:
- Identify personal strategies to maintain your wellness.
- Leave a message of hope on the tree in our waiting room, inspiring others on their path to mental wellness.
- Consider additional booster or maintenance therapy sessions to stay on track and continue thriving.
