Our compensation model is transparent, progressive, and designed to reward your commitment and growth.
Highlights:
– 80/20 split on your first $125,000 in annual billing
– 90/10 split for everything above that threshold
– 70/20/10 (where your supervision is included)
– Optional add-ons (e.g., admin, billing, or space customization) are available à la carte

Supervision & Mentorship

For Early Career Clinicians:
- Weekly 1:1 or group supervision with an approved supervisor
- A personalized supervision plan aligned with your college requirements
- Support for case conceptualization, ethics, and therapeutic use of self
- Structured feedback and documentation for regulatory progress
For Experienced Practitioners:
- Ongoing peer consultation and mentorship
- Coaching in emerging modalities and specialization paths
